Our Sessions are designed to get our clients to their unique specific goals in the safest and most effective manor. Such as improved strength, speed or endurance for a sport, improved mobility and strength for improved quality of live, reaching a specific goal weight for a specific sport or developing both mental and physical toughness for a professional sport, military career or just a better way of coping with the day to day stress and pressure of life.
The foundation of our training is the development of strength, both physical and mental. As strength is neural mean it comes from our nervous system, developing strength develops the nervous system and this improves all the other components of fitness. We improve strength we improve, speed, power, endurance, balance and coordination.
Our focus with our clients be they private, amateur or professional athlete is the attain of our clients goal safely and effectively while improving their quality of life.
